The initiative brings administration closer to citizens through mobile grievance redressal camps, particularly benefiting marginalized communities, senior citizens, and differently-abled individuals. It eliminates the need for long-distance travel by facilitating doorstep service delivery and direct citizen engagement with officials, thereby reducing bureaucratic delays.
A key technological enabler of the initiative is Service Online, which supports contactless processing, real-time tracking, and digital approvals, ensuring a transparent, responsive, and efficient public service delivery system. This has significantly improved turnaround time for grievance resolution and service access.
